How about prisoner 12345A report to the wardens office on the next controlled movement. That sounds a lot better than a thief who is free to keep stealing.

Yeah, you are right to mention them like that. However I would prefer mentioning them as legitimate theives, one who steals with government permission.

how about all of congress voting for all this crap of bailing out companies and it's not what the people they represent are wanting and those people are shouting at the top of their lungs to only be ignored.
